Your booking page

Set your booking page name and share the link that lets practice partners pick a session and a time with you.

Your booking page is the page a practice partner lands on to book you — they pick one of your session types and a time that works for both of you. It's powered by your session types and your availability, so there's nothing to keep in sync by hand.

Setting your booking page name

Open Scheduling → Session booking page and set your Booking page name. That name becomes the readable part of your link:

practicewithrobin.com/book/your-name

There's a Copy bookable URL button right there so you can grab it.

The two kinds of link

  • Your whole pagepracticewithrobin.com/book/your-name shows all your session types, and the partner chooses one.
  • A single session type — each session type also has its own direct link, so you can point someone straight at, say, your Intro session.

Share whichever fits the moment.

Booking from your profile

You don't have to share a link at all. When a practice partner opens your profile, there's a Book button that takes them to the same place. The link is just handy for messages, your email signature, or anywhere off Robin.

What your partner sees

They see your session types with their descriptions, pick one, choose a length if you offer more than one, then pick a time. Times are shown in their timezone, and only slots that genuinely work — accounting for your hours, your holidays, your buffers, and anything already booked — are offered.

You can also go the other way and offer a partner a specific time rather than waiting for them to book.

If something's not working the way you expect, drop a message in the Help community space — we read every one.
