Robin calls log themselves
When a call on Robin ends, Robin adds an entry with the date, the minutes you were on the call and your partner. You add notes if you want to.
Logbook
FreeCalls on Robin log themselves. You add everything else: paid clients, pro bono, mentor coaching, supervision. Tag each hour the way your accreditation body counts it, then export a CSV when you apply.
Free for every coach, for good. Only you can see it.

ICF expects you to keep a private coaching log that backs up the hours you report. Most coaches keep it in Excel and hope it holds up. The logbook keeps the same record, with less typing.

02 / Everything else
Log a Zoom client, a pro bono session or your mentor coaching by hand. Date, minutes, who it was with, and optional notes.
03 / Your categories
Start with coaching given, coaching received, paid, pro bono and practice session. Add your own, such as mentor session, supervision or PCC-prep, and filter to see the total.
Export when you apply
Download every entry as a CSV, or one row per client with their contact details, start date, end date and hours. Copy the columns your application asks for.
