I keep saying I want to lead the team. Then every time the role comes up, I find a reason not to put myself forward.

  2. 8:31

    You

What might change if you trusted your own judgement here?

You invited the client to look at herself from a different angle, rather than offering an answer of your own. She went on to name the rule she had been living by.

Robin’s observation · not an assessment

Maybe I’d stop waiting for someone to tell me I’m ready. I think I’ve been treating that as the rule.

  4. 9:02

    You

    Say more about that rule.

  5. 9:06

    Priya

That someone senior has to say it first. That if I go for it before then, I’m getting ahead of myself.

  6. 12:16

    You

What would you like to do next?

I could talk to Sam about the interim lead role before Friday. Before I talk myself out of it.

Feedback you can return to. Something to take forward.

Not just a general impression of the session. See the coaching moment behind each observation, then decide what you want to work on.

01 / Recognise your strengths

Notice where your skills show up.

Connect the ICF PCC Markers to something you actually said. See which moments Robin identified as examples of your coaching skills.

02 / Explore missed opportunities

Find a different approach to try.

Revisit moments where a marker invited something you didn’t do. Use the observation as a starting point for your own reflection, not a prescribed answer.

03 / Revisit the evidence

Go back to the exact moment.

Read the observation alongside your words in the transcript. When a recording is available, follow the timestamp to hear that moment again.

All on your Robin session page.

After hosting a transcribed practice session, select Get Robin’s feedback. Review the observations alongside your transcript. No moving your Robin session into another tool, and no review runs until you ask.

A prompt to reflect

Your judgement still comes first.

Robin can help you notice. You decide what to take into your next session.

Observations, not an assessment.
No scores, pass or fail, or verdict on your readiness for a credential. The AI, and the transcript, can get things wrong.
Only the host can request and see it.
The feedback is on your coaching, not your practice client. It isn’t shared with them.
The whole transcript is processed.
That includes your practice client’s words, with both your names replaced by your roles. Robin sends it to Anthropic to generate the observations. Tell your client before the session; the help article explains the privacy details.

Part of Robin Pro
