Managing your contacts and logbook

What Robin adds to your contacts and logbook after a session, how to export everything you keep, and what deletion does.

Your contacts and logbook are your professional records. You are responsible for them, and Robin stores and manages them on your instructions. Who controls your data on Robin explains what that split means. This page covers what Robin adds to your records, how to export them, and what happens when you delete them.

What Robin adds after a session

After a Robin session you both attended, Robin creates a contact and a logbook entry for you. The contact uses the other coach's profile first name, account link and profile picture. The entry uses the session's date and time together. What you do with them afterwards is your record.

Robin never copies another coach's email address or phone number into your contacts. Only you add those, with their agreement. Asking for and sharing contact details explains how.

Exporting your records

Two exports serve two jobs:

  • Export CSV on the logbook page gives you an accreditation-ready table of your logged hours. Your logbook covers it.
  • Download all my records under Logbook settings gives you everything Robin holds in your contacts and logbook as one file: every contact with every field, your tags, and every entry with its notes. Use it when you want a complete copy, or when you leave.

Deleting your records

Delete a contact or an entry and it is gone from Robin. If you delete the entry Robin created for a session, Robin will not re-create it. Deleting your account deletes all of your records with it. Any residual copies in short-lived system backups expire automatically.
