Your students need practice hours. Robin helps them find partners.

Coaching students need people to coach from their first training session to their final accreditation hour. Robin is a free peer-practice community where they find other coaches, book sessions, and build their hours during training and after they qualify.

Finding practice partners

You train great coaches. Finding them practice partners is the hard part.

Students working toward a credential often need practice hours, but finding enough willing partners is hard. Robin gives students somewhere to find coaches outside their cohort without turning partner-finding into another job for your teaching team.

Coaches across different programmes tell us the same things:

  • Once formal training ends, students are often left to find their own practice with little direction on how.
  • A cohort can only cover so many peer swaps. Students have to find the rest of their required hours themselves.
  • Finding willing, reliable partners is tedious. Too few chances to practise can dent confidence.
  • Momentum stalls just after qualifying, exactly when the programme’s structure falls away.

Robin logs completed session time in an editable, exportable logbook. Whether it counts toward a credential depends on the session and the credential’s requirements, not the log entry.

Review & improve

When the host chooses transcription, they can review the transcript and share it with their practice partner to support reflection.
