Transcribe the calls you host
Transcription is off until you start it. As the host, tap Transcribe in the call’s Capture menu. Everyone on the call sees a notice until the call ends.

The transcript lands on the session page, under Files. Read it there or download it. Only you, the host, can see it until you share it.
03 / Peer feedback
Hear from your practice partner
When the call ends, Robin sends your practice partner your feedback form in your chat. Their answer comes back as a card in the chat and on the session page.
Robin starts you with two prompts: what worked well, and one thing to try differently next time. Change them in Forms, or turn peer feedback off for any session type.
Honest limits
What transcripts and peer feedback are, and what they aren’t.
The host holds the transcript. Your practice partner chooses whether to answer.
- Transcripts are AI-generated and can mishear. Use one as a memory aid, not as evidence of what was said.
- The host starts transcription. Robin doesn’t ask everyone to agree first. The notice stays on screen the whole time, and anyone can say no or leave the call.
- Share the transcript with your practice partner, and withdraw the share at any time. A withdrawal can’t reach a copy they already downloaded.
- The host can delete a transcript for everyone. If the host shared it with you, you can ask them to delete it from the file.
- Robin asks your practice partner once. There is no reminder, and every question is optional.
