Why a card looks dimmed in the directory
What a dimmed coach card in the directory means, and what clears it.
A card in the Coaches directory is dimmed when the coach it belongs to hasn't visited Robin for about a month. The card is grouped to the end of the directory rather than hidden or removed, and it returns to full strength the next time that coach visits — there is nothing to fix, request or opt out of. A dimmed card stays fully contactable: messages and practice requests arrive exactly as they always do. The dimming reflects one thing only, the time since that last visit. It says nothing about the quality of the coaching, how quickly a reply comes, or anything the coach has done.
