How it works
From finding a partner to real practice.
Find a partner, message, schedule and call inside Robin. No meeting links, no bouncing between tools. When you want to go deeper, Robin can help you review your coaching.
Free, forever
Peer practice, start to finish.

Step 01
Find a partner
Browse coaches by association, experience, language and how much your weeks overlap. Or opt in to suggested matches: one coach at a time, with the reasons.
- Star coaches you want to come back to
- Hide the ones who are not a fit

Step 02
Message and schedule
Reach out with a short message. Once you are connected, offer a time that already overlaps both your weeks. Nobody swaps email addresses.
- Share files and images in your chat
- Put accepted sessions on your Google Calendar

Step 03
Practise and log your hours
Call inside Robin, with no meeting link. The host can start a free transcript. When the call ends, Robin logs the time for you both.
- Ask your practice client for feedback after the call
- Export your logbook as a spreadsheet
A log entry does not confirm that the time counts toward a credential. That depends on the session and your credential’s rules.
Also free
- CommunitiesJoin public communities to talk practice, or start a private group with your connections.
- TranscriptsRead, download or share the text of each session. Only the host sees it until they share it.
- Feedback from your practice clientAfter a real call, ask your practice client a few questions of your choosing. The answer comes back to you.
Robin Pro
See how your coaching showed up.
After a transcribed practice session, ask Robin to read it against the ICF PCC Markers. Robin points at the moments: what you showed, and what you might try next time.
- Record the sessionReplay it, download it or delete it. It stays yours unless you share it.
- Robin’s feedbackObservations beside your own words, not a score.
- Robin’s summaryA few lines on what your client brought and what you did as their coach.
Robin’s feedback is in beta. The AI and the transcript can get things wrong.

I keep saying I want to lead the team. Then every time the role comes up, I find a reason not to put myself forward.

What might change if you trusted your own judgement here?
7.2 · shownAsks questions that stretch how the client sees themself
You invited the client to look at herself from a different angle, rather than offering an answer of your own. She went on to name the rule she had been living by.

What would you like to do next?
8.2 · missed opportunityInvites the client to name their learning about themself
You moved towards action here. One possibility to explore: pause first, and invite the client to name what she has noticed about herself in this session.

AI Practice · Pro + AI
Practise the moment you usually avoid.
Rehearse coaching or a discovery call out loud with Sarah, without a diary to coordinate.
- Sarah responds to the questions you ask.
- Say “Robin?” whenever you want help mid-call.
- Review the recording, transcript and your next commitment.
Live rehearsal requires an eligible paid plan. AI practice does not count toward accreditation experience hours.
