The coaching community

The community coaches keep looking for.

Coaches ask for this constantly — somewhere to think out loud with other coaches, not just somewhere to find one. It’s already here, and it costs nothing.

01The community

Everyone’s in the same room.

Every coach who joins Robin lands in the community. Post a question, share what you’re sitting with, answer someone else’s. It’s a board and a chat, so you can leave something durable or just talk. Visible only to other coaches — never public, never indexed.

02Circles

Then make a smaller room.

A circle is a space you create and invite people into: your training cohort, the coaches you practise with regularly, a group around a niche you all work in. Each one has its own chat and its own board. You decide whether it’s listed for other coaches to find or stays off the directory, and whether people can join freely or have to ask first.

03Practice

And the practice is right there.

The part other communities can’t do. When a conversation turns into “shall we actually practise?”, you book the session in Robin — video, transcript, and hours logged toward your accreditation. No links to swap, no third tool, no fee.

Bring your own format.

Robin doesn’t prescribe what a circle is for. These are shapes coaches have asked for or already run — none of them needed us to build a feature first.

Case discussion

The coaching equivalent of peer supervision — bring the client you’re stuck on, get perspective from coaches who aren’t inside the story with you.

Cohort spaces

Keep your training group together after the programme ends, instead of watching the WhatsApp thread go quiet.

Reading groups

A book, a chapter a fortnight, a group of coaches working out what it changes about how they practise.

Niche circles

Somatic, executive, health, career — find the coaches working the way you want to work, and go deep rather than wide.

Trying things out

An exercise you’re building, a question you want to test, a technique you picked up. Somewhere to try it with people who’ll tell you the truth.

Whatever you invent

We keep being shown uses we didn’t design for. That’s the point — you know your practice better than we do.
