Feedback after a session
How Robin asks the other coach for feedback after a session, where the answers land, how to change the questions, and how to turn the whole thing off.
After a session you host, Robin asks the other coach for a line of feedback about your coaching. You decide whether it happens, and you decide what it asks. The switch sits on each session type, under Feedback, and the questions live in your feedback form.
How the ask works
When the call ends, Robin posts a short message in your chat with the other coach, with a link to your feedback form. They write as much or as little as they want. Every question is optional.
Robin asks once. There is no reminder and no chase. The message stays in the chat, so they can come back to it later.
The ask goes one way. The coach who booked gives feedback about the coach who hosted. For feedback on their coaching, they host the return leg, and their own session type does the asking. See who hosts a session.
Where the answers land
The answer comes back as a card in the same chat, and on the session page under Feedback. Both of you see the card, and it carries the other coach's name. Reviewing your sessions covers the session page.
To turn feedback off
Feedback is set for each session type, so you can collect it on your practice sessions and leave your intro chats alone.
- Open Scheduling → Session types and pick a type.
- Under Feedback, untick Collect feedback.
The change saves itself, and Robin stops asking for that session type. Tick it again whenever you want it back. Do the same on each session type you want quiet. Session types covers the rest of the editor.
To change the questions
Open Forms in the sidebar and pick your feedback form. Robin starts you off with two prompts: what worked well, and one thing to try differently next time. Edit them, add your own, or cut one. The next ask uses your new version.
If you keep more than one form, the Feedback card on a session type lets you choose which one that type sends.
