Reviewing your sessions

Where everything a session produced lives afterwards — the session page and its tabs — and how the Review list gathers your past sessions.

After a practice session, everything it produced lives in one place — its session page. You'll find who attended, the transcript, any recording, and space to review the session and read back feedback. A separate Review list gathers all your past sessions so you can see which still need your attention.

The session page

Every session has a single page for its whole life: your way in beforehand, the call itself during, and afterwards the record of what happened. Depending on your role, you'll see up to five tabs:

  • Summary — who attended, when each person joined and left, and how long the call ran. Everyone who was in the session sees this.
  • Files — the transcript and any recording. What you can open depends on what's been shared with you. Sharing your session files covers the detail.
  • Review — the host's workspace: the video beside the transcript, for reviewing the session as a whole.
  • Feedback — where the host reads back any feedback left for the session.
  • Logbook entry — your own private notes for the session, ready to add or edit right here.

The Review list

Review in the sidebar gathers your past sessions and shows what's left to do with each — whether it's logged, whether feedback has come back, whether a recording is ready.

Your hours are logged automatically after every Robin call, so a session settles once you've added your own notes — what came up, what you'd try next — in the logbook. Writing them is the part that's yours: the hours prove you practised, your notes are where the practice turns into something you learn from.
