Reviewing your sessions

Logbook brings your Robin sessions and private logbook entries together. Open a Robin session to revisit its available recording, transcript, feedback and your own notes. On mobile, find Logbook under More.

Finding a session

All sessions shows your logged entries alongside Robin sessions available to review, newest first. A session with a logbook entry appears once. Manual entries open their private editor rather than a session workspace.

Without notes shows Robin sessions in the review queue that do not have your notes. It is not a list of every blank manual entry. Notes are optional: saving a note removes a session from this view, but does not mark it as reviewed.

A session labelled No hours logged can still be opened. Viewing it does not create an entry or add hours. To log it, open Add notes, check the date and minutes, and explicitly save the entry. Your logbook explains filters, totals and exports.

The session workspace

The session keeps the same link throughout its life. After the call, it has two views where available:

• Review. The recording and transcript workspace. Hosts see their session's media states; other viewers see the resources shared with them. Robin's feedback appears here for eligible hosts.
• Details. Summary, Feedback, Notes and Files, according to your access. Summary shows attendance; Feedback is where the host reads the practice client's response; Notes holds each participant's own private entry; Files holds the existing sharing, download and deletion controls.

Add notes opens the Notes pane directly. You can switch between Notes and other panes without losing your draft, and switching to Details keeps the recording player mounted. Save before leaving the session: browser Back may leave without a warning.

Privacy and access

Your entry, hours, tags and notes remain private. A logbook entry does not give you access to someone else's recording or transcript. If you can no longer open the session workspace, your own entry remains available to edit from Logbook.

File processing, sharing and deletion work on the session page. Sharing your session files explains those controls. Missing media does not stop a participant writing notes.
