About

Welcome to Better Peer Coaching: The Realities of Coaching

How does peer coaching shape the way you coach, the business you build and the way you develop professionally?

Peer coaching creates opportunities to practise, experiment, reflect and learn alongside other coaches. But what happens in those exchanges, how that learning carries into our actual work, and what helps or hinders that process can look very different from one coach to another.

Better Peer Coaching is a space for coaches to share experiences, exchange ideas and explore the relationship between peer coaching and the realities of their professional practice.

What you can expect:

  • Explore your practice: Reflect on how peer coaching influences your coaching approach, confidence, decisions and professional development.
  • Learn from other coaches: Exchange experiences, insights and approaches to the opportunities and challenges of peer coaching.
  • Connect learning to your business: Explore how what happens in peer coaching translates into your work with clients, your professional relationships and the way you develop your coaching practice.
  • Consider the role of the platform: Share experiences of the tools, spaces and processes that support peer coaching, including what helps, what gets in the way and what could work differently.

This community also informs independent qualitative research into how coaches experience peer coaching, how it relates to their actual professional practice and businesses, and how the platforms supporting these experiences fit into the picture.

The aim is to understand coaches’ experiences as they happen in real life, rather than assume what peer coaching should look like or what coaches need from it.

Whether you are just beginning your coaching journey or have years of experience, you are welcome to contribute your questions, experiences and perspectives.
